In 2002 our Managing Partner Anne started her career as a Recruiter, where her qualities of guiding applicants and meeting clients' needs were highlighted. In 2008 Anne decided to turn her great passion and talent into her work and successfully founded Bimona.
Anne takes great delight in each assignment and always goes to the utmost to complete it successfully within the set deadline. She does not avoid any challenge and is always available to give advice to clients as well as applicants. Anne can also fully identify with the added value of the human aspect and the personal aspect in recruitment.
Business ManagerVanessa Ceulemans
In 2016 our Business Manager Vanessa took her first steps as a Recruiter at Bimona. Five years later, we are well aware: Vanessa is a key part of Bimona’s rotating engine. Soft skills are in her genes and she understands how to put candidates at ease. Her knowledge comes from the time spent earning her Masters in Sociology.
Vanessa also has a hobby of discovering new cultures. When she is not working, she can be found in countries such as Peru, Thailand, Japan…
