Modern Workplace Engineer

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless and secure digital experience for our employees by resolving complex incidents, handling service requests, and maintaining endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, and smartphones). You will collaborate closely with other teams and propose structural improvements to enhance efficiency and security.

Function Modern Workplace Engineer

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to the digital workplace.
  • Fulfill service requests and ensure high-quality support for end users.
  • Maintain and manage endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, smartphones).
  • Work closely with other departments to address cross-functional challenges.
  • Provide regular updates, document incidents clearly, and suggest process improvements.

Profile Modern Workplace Engineer

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Experience with endpoint security (encryption, endpoint protection, vulnerability management).
  • Proficiency in device management tools (SCCM, Intune).
  • Hands-on experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (MD-102, MS-102) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a 3rd line desktop engineer.
