Als Project/ Bouwmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en begeleiden van diverse projecten binnen een industriële omgeving te Antwerpen.
Je werkt aan zowel kleine onderhoudswerken (50%) al grotere Management of Change (MoC)-projecten (50%). In MoC-projecten draag je zorg voor de veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van veranderingen aan installaties, waarbij je samenwerkt met diverse experts op het gebied van veiligheid, procesveiligheid, onderhoud, productie, en wet- en regelgeving.

Function Projectmanager

  • Organiseren en uitvoeren van projecten van begin tot eind (voorbereiding tot nazorg)
  • Begeleiden van projecten zoals:
    Vervanging van beton- en staalstructuren
    Asbestverwijderingsprojecten
    Facilitaire projecten (sanitair)
    Inspectieopdrachten (QC/QA)
    Veiligheids- en bouw gerelateerde projecten
  • Financiële opvolging en planning van de projecten
  • Aansturen van externe contractoren en zorgen voor structuur binnen Brown-field projecten

Profile Projectmanager

  • Digitaal vaardig (SAP)
  • Sterk communicatief, zowel intern als naar externe partijen
  • Zelfstandig en hands-on is, met een teamgericht werkhouding
  • Flexibel beschikbaar is (max. van 7:00 tot 15:30)
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Beschikt over een VCA- VOL certificaat

Pluspunten: Ervaring met beton, normeringen en het gebruik van SAP

Have the interviews gone well? Then you will receive a contract proposal from our customer and a new challenge will start for you! We will regularly follow up on you to make sure the job turns out exactly as you expected. And of course we are always there for you if you have questions, comments or concerns. In short, you are never alone!
